Defending Businesses Against Accessibility Allegations in Restaurants

In a recent case, Bashian & Papantoniou, P.C.  defended a business accused of failing to provide proper access to its facility. The claims included an inaccessible entrance, lack of proper signage, and restrooms that were allegedly not compliant with ADA standards. For businesses open to the public, ADA claims can raise significant concerns. We worked to address the allegations while helping our client understand their obligations and available solutions.
